Sefareh is a multi-tenant Iranian restaurant ordering platform: public QR/digital menus, cart and checkout, kitchen queue (KDS), delivery tracking, loyalty, reservations, staff roles (super admin, restaurant admin, cashier, kitchen, delivery, customer), payments (Zarinpal/Zibal) and analytics — Persian RTL with seeded demo restaurants. ## Problem

Give restaurants one Persian stack for menu, kitchen, delivery and loyalty instead of WhatsApp chaos and separate tools.

## Solution

A Next.js + NestJS MongoDB multi-tenant stack with QR menus, KDS, delivery, loyalty, Iranian payments and seeded role demos.
