# Smart Academy — Multi-Tenant Learning Management System

Multi-tenant LMS covering courses, exams, homework, attendance, payments, CRM, gamification and certificates for multiple schools on one platform.

Smart Academy is a multi-tenant learning management system, meaning several schools or training centers can run on the same platform with separated data and branding. Core academic flows cover courses, exams, homework submission and attendance tracking, paired with payment collection and a lightweight CRM for managing students and leads. Gamification elements and issued certificates give learners visible progress and completion proof. The stack combines Next.js and NestJS on MongoDB, with Socket.io for live classroom events, JWT auth, Swagger-documented APIs, Tailwind CSS on the frontend, and Zarinpal for payments.
