Overview
Darkhast Yar (درخواستیار) is a request and support-ticket demo from Versatile Fusion: customers submit a request, it gets routed toward a specialist, and status moves forward until it is resolved. It is intentionally kept as a focused demo of that core routing loop rather than a fully staffed enterprise BPM deployment, running on a Vue.js frontend with an Express/MongoDB backend and Socket.io for live status updates.
