# Darkhast Yar — Request & Support Ticket Demo

Compact business-process demo for submitting, routing and resolving customer requests in Persian, kept honest and short in scope.

Darkhast Yar (درخواست‌یار) is a request and support-ticket demo from Versatile Fusion: customers submit a request, it gets routed toward a specialist, and status moves forward until it is resolved. It is intentionally kept as a focused demo of that core routing loop rather than a fully staffed enterprise BPM deployment, running on a Vue.js frontend with an Express/MongoDB backend and Socket.io for live status updates.
