# Gharardad Online — Digital Contracts & E-Signature

LegalTech platform for drafting contracts, running them through digital signature and KYC-backed identity checks, on a NestJS/Mongo/JWT stack.

Gharardad Online (قرارداد آنلاین) is a LegalTech platform for drafting and finalizing contracts entirely online. A contract moves from draft to signed agreement through a digital-signature flow, with KYC identity checks confirming who is actually signing before it counts as binding. The backend runs on NestJS with MongoDB and JWT-secured sessions, matched with a Next.js frontend for drafting and status tracking. Live: https://contract.versatile-fusion.ir.
